The Cloudamize software uses a PowerShell script to collect Basic and Advanced MS SQL data from the server.

Only the Agentless Data Collector requires PowerShell 2.0 on the remote host to collect the Basic MS SQL Data. However, Windows Agent does not use a PowerShell script to collect the Basic MS SQL data. The Agent-based data collection will almost always get the basic MS SQL data successfully without using a PowerShell script.

To collect the Advanced MS SQL Data from the server, Agentless and Agent both require PowerShell 5.1 or higher.
