Problem:

During the installation of the Cloudamize Windows Agent, you see this error:
Solution:

Please verify that you entered the correct customer key provided to you on the Cloudamize website registration page, as shown in the screenshot below.
Steps to install the Windows agent:
Step 1: Log in to the console portal https://console.cloudamize.com/#/login and click on the Discover tab under the home page, as shown below
Step 2: Then, click on the Setup button and select Windows under Agent Setup, as shown in the screenshot below. Next, click the download button for the Cloudamize Windows installer.
