Invalid Customer Key
Problem:
During the installation of the Cloudamize Windows Agent, you see this error:
Solution:
Please check that you entered the correct customer key that was provided to you on the Cloudamize website registration page:
Steps to install windows agent installer:
Step 1: Login to the console portal https://console.cloudamize.com/#/login and click on the discover tab under the home page as shown below
Step 2: Then click on Setup button and select windows under Agent Setup as shown in the below screenshot and click on the download button for Cloudamize windows installer.If you are still not able to connect after going through these steps, please contact helpdesk@cloudamize.com for further assistance.
