Invalid Customer Key

Problem:

  • During the installation of the Cloudamize Windows Agent, you see this error:

Solution:

  • Please check that you entered the correct customer key that was provided to you on the Cloudamize website registration page:

    Steps to install windows agent installer:

    Step 1: Login to the console portal https://console.cloudamize.com/#/login and click on the discover tab under the home page as shown below


    Step 2: Then click on Setup button and select windows under Agent Setup as shown in the below screenshot and click on the download button for Cloudamize windows installer.
