Invalid Customer Key
Problem:
During the installation of the Cloudamize Windows Agent, you see this error:
Solution:
Please verify that you entered the correct customer key provided to you on the Cloudamize website registration page, as shown in the screenshot below.
Steps to install the Windows agent:
Step 1: Log in to the console portal https://console.cloudamize.com/#/login and click on the Discover tab under the home page, as shown below
Step 2: Then, click on the Setup button and select Windows under Agent Setup, as shown in the screenshot below. Next, click the download button for the Cloudamize Windows installer.If you are still not able to connect after going through these steps, please contact helpdesk@cloudamize.com for further assistance.
