Technical Documentation

  • The Cloudamize Knowledge Base (this site) is an awesome resource, providing prerequisites, supported system information, step-by-step guides, and video content for each section of the site. 

  • The Cloudamize Trust Site contains all of our security and compliance information and documentation. Customers and partners can self-service requests for technical documentation, some of which will be behind an automated NDA.

  • There's also a support chatbot that consumes both the Knowledge Base and Trust Center (Compliance) content. This also has a "bulk upload" functionality to assist with quickly answering questionnaires 

Scope & Engagement Guides

  • To start a free (AWS OLA funded) engagement, partners can connect directly by simply sharing the APN opportunity (using the "Share with Partner" feature) and completing this onboarding form. Alternatively, they can also:

    • Engage us through AWS Marketplace. There's a Cloudamize OLA Assessment Solution available, OR

    • (If they're an OLA certified partner) Complete the AWS provided smartsheet and select Cloudamize as the tool of choice.

  • The typical engagement timeline is outlined in both our Sales Enablement and Deep Dive decks.

  • If the partner wants to extend the Cloudamize license (to support their planning and migration needs) beyond the 4-months included in the OLA license, we can leverage AWS ISV Tooling Funding. We've outlined that process here.

  • All AWS-funded engagements include 24/7 regional support and a dedicated regional Cloudamize TAM to support Partners and customers through every step of the engagement. Upon completing the onboarding form above, they'll receive a same-day automated introduction to the Cloudamize TAM and a link to provision the engagement within the platform.
